Thank you for your interest in Fairway Physical Therapy.  As president of Fairway Physical Therapy, my staff and I will do everything possible to meet your needs if you choose us for your rehabilitation needs.  My goal is to provide you with the absolute best care and to build a lasting relationship with you and your family for years to come.

We know how frustrating it can be to sit in a waiting room for an extended period of time.  At Fairway Physical Therapy we realize your time is valuable and we pride ourselves on keeping to your appointment time.  Sometimes a situation may arise and we will notify you as quickly as possible in an effort to alleviate any potential conflicts.  In these situations, we appreciate your understanding.

I want to assure you that here at Fairway Physical Therapy you are a very important individual.  Every attempt will be made to see the same therapist from your first day until your last.  If your schedule does not permit for you to see your regular therapist, you will be offered the opportunity to see one of my other very skilled therapists.  You can be assured they will be made aware of your condition and continue the care of your therapist in their absence.

Upon your arrival, you will be given an information packet that will contain valuable information about your therapist and their qualifications, as well as, other information and services offered at my clinic.  We strive to keep abreast of the latest techniques by taking continuing education classes.  This assures you the best care available to treat your condition.

I take the most pride in the quality of my staff, from my front office staff that does so much more than answer the phones and schedule appointments, to my office manager, who is also a registered nurse.  The therapists are extremely dedicated, and I feel they provide the BEST care in Central New York.  My staff is not only highly skilled and professional, but they are also warm and caring people who will go out of their way to make you feel a part of our family.  If you should ever have any questions regarding any member of my staff, please do not hesitate to see me.
